Segreterie studenti
Access to Segreteria Studenti desks is foreseen only by appointment, until new instructions are fixed.
It is possible to arrange an appointment only for the following activities:
- collecting certificates for abroad;
- collecting certificates for private use, not informatized records;
- collecting parchment;
- collecting smart card;
- collecting other documentation (i.e. original upper secondary school leaving cerficate);
- documentation delivery (i.e. training documents, thesis);
- administrative consulting - career.
In order to effectively and efficiently manage the booking of the appointments, it is necessary to rigorously observe the type of activties as foreseen by each Student Registry Office: e.g. for collecting the parchment it is necessary to book the specific slot and not use the others, which are reserved for other activities (for ex. collecting certificates, smart card, etc.).
